Multiple jurisdictions in Strati
Use Strati when you need Raiana to consider multiple regulatory frameworks at the same time. In the chatbox, select Strati to open a seletor on the left side. Strati is designed for cross-jurisdiction questions, so you can compare requirements and develop a combined regulatory or market strategy without repeating the same question separately for each Agent. For a full guide on Raiana Strati, see here.

After opening Strati, work with the selection tools rather than changing the Agent repeatedly in a single-jurisdiction chat. The available jurisdiction and regulation lists are expected to expand as more international regulations are added to Strati. At this time, the available jurisdictions include the European Union, Brazil, and Canada.
Select the jurisdictions and regulations
Open the regulation selector on the left side of the chatbox. At least one jurisdiction is always selected; initially, this is the European Union. The selector also shows the regulations with which Strati starts for that jurisdiction. Review the initial selection before adding other jurisdictions, because every selected regulation contributes context to the response.

To broaden the question, add another jurisdiction in the selector. For Brazil, select the available IVDR and MDR regulations as needed, and select Canada when you want Canada included in the comparison. You can select multiple jurisdictions and their available regulations at the same time. The lists will grow as additional international regulations become available in Strati.

Before submitting a question, confirm that the selected jurisdictions and regulations match the scope of your work. Selecting all available regulations lets Strati compare the question across the complete current selection. If you need a narrower answer, you can refine the selection per jurisdiction later in the procedure.
Submit a question across jurisdictions
Enter your question in the chatbox after selecting the required jurisdictions. For example, ask: “What is the device classification of a CT scanner with automated contrast injector?” Write the question so that it can be evaluated consistently against every selected regulatory context. Submit the prompt to start the cross-jurisdiction analysis. Strati queries the regulatory database separately for each selected jurisdiction and regulation, then uses those results to answer the question. You do not need to load the chat again or change the Agent for each jurisdiction.

Allow additional time when you select more jurisdictions or regulations. There is, in principle, no limit to the number of jurisdictions you can add, but the response takes longer as the selection grows. While processing, Strati displays the regulatory contexts it is using, such as Brazil, Canada, and the European Union.
Review the combined result
Read the result as a multi-jurisdiction response rather than as a single regulation-by-regulation answer. Strati can provide a combined strategy for the selected countries or regions, which is useful for questions such as whether marketing claims are supported by clinical evidence across jurisdictions or what go-to-market strategy may be appropriate for two or three countries. Strati may first present a classification outcome and then provide a detailed response for each jurisdiction. Check both the combined conclusion and the jurisdiction-specific details so that differences between Brazil, Canada, and the European Union are not overlooked.
Limit the analysis to specific regulations
If the broad selection includes more regulations than you need, tailor the scope before submitting the question again. In the regulation selector, choose the regulations that apply within each jurisdiction. For example, you can limit the European Union selection to MDR and the AI Act.
Apply the selections separately for each jurisdiction, then verify that only the intended regulations remain selected. Scoping the selection ensures that the answer is focused on those regulations instead of including every available regulation in the selected jurisdictions. This gives you more control when a question concerns only a particular compliance pathway. Submit the same question or a revised question after narrowing the selection. Strati will use the defined regulatory context to produce an answer limited to the selected regulations. Although Strati can organize a broad analysis automatically, explicitly narrowing the scope is recommended when you want Raiana to do exactly the requested comparison and no more.
