Copy an answer

Locate the copy icon at the bottom of the Raiana answer you want to reuse. Select the icon to copy that answer’s text to your computer’s clipboard. You can then paste the copied text into a document such as Microsoft Word or into an email. Repeat the process for another answer if you need to copy more than one response.

Verify an answer

Below the chat, select Verify to submit the answer to an independent AI for a separate review. The review checks whether the answer is well-founded, whether its references check out, and whether the answer is sound. Verify functions as an AI pre-review: the possibility of an AI hallucination is very low when a separate AI reviews the response, but it is not eliminated, so continue to apply your professional judgment.

When the review is complete, read the verification result together with the original answer. The verification is incorporated into the chat, so it remains part of the conversation and is included if you subsequently use Share or Print. In the demonstrated result, the answer is identified as correct, but the verification should be treated as a review aid rather than an absolute guarantee.

Share a chat

To create a viewable version of the current conversation, select Share next to Verify. Raiana generates a unique link and displays a copy icon for that link. Select the link’s copy icon, then paste the link wherever you need to send it. The link represents a permanent, point-in-time version of the chat: if you continue chatting afterward, the shared link remains associated with the conversation state captured for that link rather than becoming an ongoing chatbot session.

With a Raiana Plus or Pro subscription, you can send the shared link to anyone, even including posting it on social media if appropriate for your content. With Raiana Enterprise, sharing has an additional security restriction: the chat can be shared only within your organization, with people who also have access to your Raiana Enterprise. Confirm that the intended recipients are permitted to view the conversation before distributing the link. When a recipient opens the link in another browser tab, the result is a standalone page containing the chat as a printout. It is not an interactive chatbot, so the recipient cannot continue the conversation from that shared page.

Print or save the chat

Select Print, located next to Share, to create the same standalone chat page produced for sharing. Use the resulting page to save the conversation as a PDF or send it to a printer for a paper copy. Because the page contains the chat and any verification already incorporated into it, printing is useful for adding the conversation to regulatory or quality evidence, or for distributing it by email.
