Use My Raiana in Raiana Chat

Raiana Chat does not store your chat information, use your data to train the system, or carry chat history into a new conversation. Consequently, instructions or product details entered in one chat are not automatically available in the next chat. This absence of memory is a data-privacy feature, so do not rely on a previous conversation to provide company, product, or procedural context. When you repeatedly provide the same organizational or product information, use My Raiana instead of entering or pasting that information into every prompt. My Raiana is the separate company and product context feature that supplies saved information and standard instructions to Raiana Chat.

Prepare My Raiana context

Open the My Raiana interface using the portal and add the company and product information that should be available in relevant chats. An in-depth guide to My Raiana can be found here.

Review the standard instructions before using them in regulatory work. The example instructions affect the format and length of the response, while the company and product descriptions affect the subject matter Raiana uses when interpreting a question.

Select My Raiana context in a chat

Return to Raiana Chat and select the small factory icon. Use this control to choose the company context and, when applicable, one of the products configured in My Raiana. Selecting a company supplies its saved information and instructions; selecting a product adds that product’s information to the context for the current question.

For the first example, select both Raiana Medical Systems and the CT scanner product. The recording intentionally combines a company described as making implantable sterile devices with a CT scanner, even though the product does not match that company description. This demonstrates that the selected product can materially change the answer, so verify that the selected product and company are the ones intended before submitting a regulatory question.

After selecting the context, ask a question without repeating the identity of the company or the characteristics of the typical product. In the example, the user asks Raiana to provide the classification procedure for the typical product. Because the selected My Raiana context already identifies the organization, its product type, and the requested response format, the prompt can remain concise.

Review a response using company and product context

Read the response and confirm that it reflects both the selected context and the saved formatting instructions. In the first example, Raiana returns seven bullet points, which is within the requested five-to-ten-point range. The response refers to diagnostic imaging using X-ray radiation because the CT scanner product was selected. This result shows that product selection can override or supplement the general company description for the particular question.

Treat the selected context as input to the answer, not as a substitute for professional review. In particular, resolve apparent inconsistencies such as an implantable-device company paired with a CT scanner before relying on the result for a classification or compliance decision.

Start a new chat and compare company-only context

To demonstrate the difference between product context and company context, start a new chat. Select only the company information and do not select the CT scanner product. The previous conversation and its product selection are not carried into the new chat. Submit the same or an equivalent classification question without restating the company’s typical product. With only the company selected, Raiana uses the saved description of implantable sterile devices rather than the CT scanner details from the earlier chat.
