Manage Raiana API keys

Use the Raiana API Keys page to connect Raiana with other applications. Raiana supports two connection categories: applications supported by Raiana, such as Microsoft Word, and your own applications or other AI agents. The key type determines how the connection is made.

Create an app key for a supported application

Choose an app key when you want to connect Raiana to an application supported by Raiana, such as Microsoft Word. In the key-creation controls, select the app key type, enter a recognizable name—for example, “MyWordKey”—and create the key. The new key then appears in the API key list below.

Use the value of the created app key in Microsoft Word to link Raiana to your Microsoft Word instance. Select Copy for the key value; Raiana places the value on your clipboard so that you can paste it into Microsoft Word when configuring the connection.

Create a token key for another application or AI agent

Choose a token key when connecting Raiana to your own software, another application, or an AI agent. For example, enter a name such as “MyAIAgentKey,” select the token key type, and create the key. You can copy the resulting value and use it with the Raiana Claude skill or from your own software.

A newly created token key initially has a balance of zero tokens. Although you can copy and configure the key immediately, a zero-token key cannot process Raiana queries. Tokens must be purchased before the connected application or AI agent can use the key to submit queries.

Add tokens to a token key

To fund a token key, select the key by clicking it once, and then select Add tokens. Choose the number of tokens you want to purchase. The current price is 10 euros for 1 million tokens, so 20 million tokens cost 200 euros. As a general indication, 10 million tokens typically serve approximately 30 to 50 requests, although the actual number depends on the request and on how much information you upload to Raiana.

Complete payment

After selecting the token quantity, choose Buy. Raiana takes you to a payment page operated by Stripe. Review the purchase there and pay using any of the payment methods supported by Stripe. After completing payment, return to the Raiana API Keys page to check the token balance.

Monitor the remaining balance

When you return to the API Keys page, review the balance shown for each token key. For example, a token key named “Claude” can be connected to Claude co-work and may show approximately 4.5 million tokens remaining. As the balance decreases, the connected service will eventually indicate that more tokens must be added to your Raiana account; return to the key, select Add tokens, and purchase an additional allowance.
