Utilise Raiana Enterprise Projects
Raiana Enterprise prerequisite: Projects are available only in Raiana Enterprise. A project groups chats that use the same instructions and files, helping regulatory affairs and quality teams keep product, submission, audit, or market-specific work together.
Open and review projects
In the Raiana chat interface, locate the Projects control above the chat history. Select it, and then choose All to display the projects available in your Raiana Enterprise environment. Review the list and open the project that matches the subject or regulatory work you need to continue.

Create a project
To start a new subject area, choose the option to create a project. Enter a project name so that colleagues can recognize its purpose, and add a description if useful for identifying the work. The demonstrated description does not affect the project’s answers.

Select the regulatory Agent that should provide the project’s regulatory context. The available choices shown are MDR, IVDR, FDA, AI Act, a special FDA classification Agent, and a general Agent. Choose the framework that matches the intended work; selecting General adds no regulatory context, which is appropriate when you plan to supply your own regulatory material.

Add custom regulatory context
Define what instructions should be followed in the chats, such as no longer than two paragraphs. When creating a project with the general Agent, define the project’s purpose in its name and instructions. For example, create a chatbot project for Korea, identify the relevant Korean regulations as project material, and instruct Raiana to use those Korean regulations when answering questions. You can also state the target market, such as South Korea, so the intended jurisdiction is clear in the project setup. These instructions can also be added or adjusted later.

Use Select files to choose the regulatory or device files needed. Add the files from your disk that Raiana should use for this project, so the project’s chats can work from the regulatory material you selected. Files can also be added or removed later.
Find chats within a project
Chats created or used in a project are classified with that project and kept in its project-specific history. Open the project and select a previous chat from that history when you need to review or continue earlier work. These chats can be pulled up in the same way as other Raiana chats, while retaining the benefit of the project grouping and its relevant information.

Use a project’s files and instructions
When you open a project, review its shared information before asking a question. Projects can contain uploaded files and user instructions. Every question asked in a chat within that project uses the project’s files and instructions, so include technical documentation, regulatory material, or other information that should consistently guide the project’s answers, if not yet done.

Organize regulatory and quality work
Use projects to group work by a meaningful subject, such as a product, a project, a market submission, or an audit. Keeping the relevant files, instructions, regulatory Agent, and chats together makes the appropriate information immediately available whenever you continue work in that area.
