Use the Raiana portal as the starting point for accessing Raiana’s regulatory assistants and applications. The portal is reached from the Raiana website and provides different options depending on whether you are signed in and which account tier you use.
Access the Raiana portal
Open Raiana from the website to reach the portal. The portal displays the available Raiana applications, but the applications are disabled while you are not signed in. Before selecting an application, select Login in the lower-left corner of the portal. From the same page, you can either log in to an existing account or sign up for a new account.
Use the available assistants and applications
After you sign in, the portal enables the Raiana features available for your account. A Raiana Pro account includes chatbot assistance for several regulatory frameworks, shown at the top of the portal: ChatMDR, ChatIVDR, ChatFDA, and ChatAI Act. The portal also provides the RAISE applications for FDA classification, vigilance, checklist generation, applicable standards, and creating your own keys for use with Raiana and other applications.
Each assistant and application has its own page with instructions for use on the Raiana website. Selecting an assistant or application in the portal opens the corresponding page in a separate browser tab, allowing you to return to the portal without losing your place.
Manage company and product information
Select My Raiana to open the area where you can enter information about your company and products. Use the separate Raiana instructions for use for detailed guidance on completing and maintaining this information.
Manage your account
If you are using a free account and want additional access, select the upgrade option to move to Raiana Plus or Raiana Pro. You can also change your password from the portal. When you finish using Raiana, select the logout option to sign out of your account. Logging out is particularly important when you are using a public or shared computer.
The Raiana portal is the starting point for the Raiana applications and provides access to the assistants, enterprise environments, company and product information, subscription options, and account controls.
Open an enterprise environment
Enterprise customers can use the portal as a springboard to their dedicated Raiana enterprise environment. Select My enterprise from the buttons on the left side of the portal. Then enter the company name associated with the dedicated server. The name shown in the demonstration is yourcompany; enter the name supplied for your own enterprise environment instead.
