Is one account usable by a company or does a company need multiple accounts? 

Raiana licenses are personal per user. That is a matter of licensing and the same as companies like Microsoft and Adobe do it. Two users use Word or Photoshop, two users have to get a license.

The other reason to have one Raiana license per user is that a user account then does not have to be shared. It is not a very safe practice to share passwords with a group of people. If a password leaks, the company data could be at risk. And what if one of the team decides to leave the company? And so on. Corporate IT departments therefore never allow the sharing of user accounts.
